Mass is potential energy and part of matter. So not a concept.

In fusion reaction many atoms of hydrogen collide,energy is released. and is converted to helium. 
Mass is potential energy. if an object loses it,it can't remain as it is. 
So energy (potential energy or mass) is not a concept,it is part of matter.

    This idiot is saying that energy and mass are things!
    Mass and energy both signifies motion of matter, not matter. Matter is independent of motion.

    Another red herring to avoid stating your theory.
    Mass is resistance to motion.
    Mass = Force / ACCELERATION.
    M = E/c2.
    Acceleration and c2 (velocity of light) suggests movement.
    Potential energy there is no velocity (mgh)
